Regal Lager, Inc., in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and Health Canada, announced a voluntary recall of CYBEX Strollers because they pose risks of fingertip amputation and/or laceration hazards.

To this date, the company has received one report of a child placing his finger in the stroller hinge, resulting in a fracture.

The recall involves Ruby, Onyx and Topaz models of CYBEX umbrella strollers.

Consumers should stop using the recalled strollers and contact Regal Lager for a free hinge cover retrofit kit.

Less than a week ago, 1.5 million Graco strollers were recalled also due to risk of fingertip amputation.

Contact the Company Service Center at (800) 593-5522 or visit www.regallager.com/recalls.
